The Vigabatrin REMS Program is needed by the FDA to ensure informed risk-benefit choices before starting treatment, and to ensure suitable use of vigabatrin while clients are treated. It is not possible for your doctor to understand when vision loss will happen.

It is suggested that your doctor examination your (or your youngster's) vision prior to or within 4 weeks after starting SABRIL and a minimum of every 3 months throughout treatment until SABRIL is quit. If you or your child have any kind of side impact that troubles you or that does not go away, tell your health care carrier.

If you are expecting or intend to get expectant, inform your healthcare supplier.
